You actually don't need to log in or sign up to place an ID card order. All you need to do is complete the ID card request form. During the process, don't forget to select the card quantity and card design. If you don't need a custom design, you can also start by choosing from our extensive ID card templates.

According to the quantity of the ID cards, you can expect it within 1 to 7 days at most, two weeks from the day you placed the order.

You can make your payment using our online payment method for both web and mobile app. And if you're with Abuja Metropolis, we also support pay-on-delivery service.

No we do not, your card information goes directly through our payment processor, Paystack. All information is sent to the Pay Stack payment gateway.
